If I create a project in SpriteBuilder and then hit "Publish", a new project gets created with Cocos2D, Chipmunk2D, and SpriteBuilder resources baked in.
I then make some changes to the project via SpriteBuilder and hit "Publish" again. What happens? Which files, directory structures, build settings, etc. get scrapped and updated by the tool?
In other words, if I use SpriteBuilder to create the initial project and then build code and functionality on top of it, what parts of the updated project am I risking from losing when I republish from within SpriteBuilder?
For example, I'm noticing that the project created by SB lacks info.plist file and that messing with the project settings in Xcode sometimes causes the values to strangely revert to their original selves. Are Xcode project settings off limits from manual manipulation while SB is involved?
