Ok so I'm trying to submit my update to the app store (target IOS 8)
On another thread we all came to the conclusion to support IOS 8 and above. In fact, since then I have found an Apple article that said (forget the exact numbers) that like 80% of the devices are running IOS 9, 15% running IOS 8 and like 5% where running IOS 7.
Ok! So I go to try to update my "validated" app to the app store and it tells me that I'm "Missing 64-bit support" and my app "must include 64-bit support and be built with the IOS 8 SDK." Again, the idea was to target IOS 8 and the most devices out there.
I'm running Xcode 7,2 and it uses the 9.2 SDK.....How do I put/get it to compile with the 8.0 SDK? For that matter where do I find it ( I looked - seems everything is associated with the version of Xcode you are running)? Should I just conceded and release it as a IOS 9.x app?
As always thanks in advance.
