Having moved from v2.2 to v3.0 one of my first surprises was that the "tag" has been replaced with a name string.
Why is this? Surely a tag was more memory and performance efficient (getChildByTag wise) or am I missing something?
Anyways, accepting that it's now a string, in SpriteBuilder the node hierarchy allows you to rename a node. Cool, but there's also the node name over in the right hand properties pane.
I would love it if the act of editing the name in the hierarchy would apply the same name in the properties pane (perhaps only if the name is currently blank?).
