openGL.lag = NO;
Okay, that doesn't work either.
First of all, which version are you using?
It looks like a multi thread issue, but unless you added some threading yourself, that can not be the case.
Judging from the video, it looks like an operation on iPad3 doesnt have time to complete, and thus the operations stack. Only when you stop moving your finger, the stack unwinds.
