Thanks for your feedback and interest in the Tool! As I mentioned, the UI is undergoing polishing but in terms of the core functionality and workflow, I believe you will find it rather streamlined and once you understand the usage of the physics and procedural motors, the amount of time required to craft complex animations with dynamic secondary motion(flesh, cloth, walk cycles etc.) is dramatically reduced.
If you look at the tutorial videos I posted, you will see that those animations (a dynamic flapping bird, a quadruped walking) were all done in a very short amount of time. You can definitely compare and try to achieve animations of that detail with other tools in the same amount of time and draw your own conclusions.
Plus with the procedural motor system, iteration and prototyping becomes a very easy task. If you wanted to say make the tail of the bird floppier, you would simply go in and adjust one value. Iterate and repeat, until the desired output.
My motivation behind this tool is to give game devs access to a lot of the power only recently available in high end VFX toolkits. There are a lot more amazing features planned moving forwards!

As we all know, having good documentation is just as important as having great features in an app.
I have made it an active effort and responsibility to provide a very detailed documentation on Creature:
