I'm working with a project that is running cocos2d v2.0.0 and have been trying to get the project to build on Xcode 7 beta 5.
When the project indexes, Xcode crashes without any clear indication of whats going on other than it trying to index the cocos2d files.
I disabled Indexing in the Xcode defaults however when I try to build, I experience another fatal Xcode crash when building the cocos2d source. This crash is pretty frustrating because it doesn't offer any clear indication as to whats going on.
Does anyone have any suggestions for this? I've been wracking my brain for a couple of days already and trying different configurations and build settings.
Note: I tried the solutions posted here: http://forum.cocos2d-objc.org/t/xcode-7-ios9-beta/17346 but still experience this crash. I noticed that after implementing the 'hack' around shader compiling, the project compiles a little further but still crashes down the the line.
