CCTextField on iOS: Disabling CCTextField does NOT disable UITextField
This is using SpriteBuilder 1.4.0, so I'm not sure if this is fixed in latest SB/Cocos2D, but if you set mycctextfield.enabled = NO, this does in fact NOT disable the contained UITextField. The user can continue to tap on the control etc..
I guess I will try the latest SB from Mac App Store. Update: tested with SB 1.4.7 - it does not fix the problem.
If someone can confirm this with latest build, please report bug to github... or I will.
...there are still a bunch of other bugs concerning CCTextField.... I am thinking I have to directly implement UITextField, because CCTextField is just too problematic/buggy as is.
